As usual this week was a mix of what I have been listening to lately and what I'm looking forward to hearing in the coming week. I had a listener send me a copy of the Moonlighters' 1977 self titled album and another listener send me the Brothers Comatose new disc. I found some great music on both and played a cut form each today. I also saw Ryan Bingham, Willie Nelson and The Conjugal Visitors this past week.
In the coming week I'm looking forward to seeing Hayes Carll when he stops by Sam Bond's Garage this week and then all of the artists who are attending next weekend's Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival. At the top of my list are Jerry Jeff Walker and Dave Alvin & The Guilty Women. Thanks to Shotgun Majors who will be filling in for me while I'm at HSB.
