Routes & Branches 5/13/17

I first want to thank Mark and Nancy for covering me while I was away on vacation. If you want to see their playlists, please go to krvm.org to find our spinatron link.
I spent the end of my vacation checking off one of my bucket-list items by attending a couple of days of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. As anyone who attends these kind of festivals you know you have to make your choices and you won't be able to see all of the musicians you want to see. My wife and I did catch several of the bands I play on  my show including Feufollet, Beausoleil , The Batture Boys and The North Mississippi Allstars (at Tipitinas). I also caught Stevie Wonder who is a great american artist who I admire and had never seen before. He put on an outstanding show at this year's festival which will be a memory I will never forget.
