Routes & Branches 1/21/17

Robert Earl Keen was in town last night and put on a great show for the crowd at the WOW Hall. I liked many of the songs he played, but he did not play "Shades Of Gray" so I had to play it on my show today. I also had to start off with my wife's favorite band since I didn't fit them into last week's favorites. And then I had to play some Chris Chandler & Paul Benoit who were also in my group of favorites for the year but didn't make last weeks show since their songs are so long and I had too much to play anyway.
From there I moved into some new albums to the station and some folks coming to our area in the near future. Be sure to tune in next Saturday when I will be talking with David Olney about his music.
