For Labor Day weekend I focused on americana songs featuring the working man or woman. One of my focus discs was "Ribbon of Highway, Endless Skyway" the tribute album to Woody Guthrie by various artists including Jimmy LaFave, Eliza Gilkyson, Slaid Cleeves and Bob Childers as the narrator speaking the words of Woody.
